We are sometimes asked, "What does it mean to live your mission "Serve With Love?" Our mission is about choosing to be the difference to each other and our guests. Affordable Healthcare
Burgerville is committed to the health and well being of our employees and their families. We have chosen to offer an affordable healthcare package (full medical, dental, vision) for all hourly employees who work at least 20 hours a week for six months. At $15 per month, an individual is covered with no deductible. At $30 per month, an individual and his/her children are covered with no deductible.

Current Opportunities

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers help each restaurant consistently provide high quality food with extraordinary guest service.

Assistant Managers work with the restaurant’s general manager. They are self-motivated and capable of working independently. Responsibilities include accountability for food cost, food quality, recruitment, training, safety, inventory, scheduling, restaurant operations and neighborhood marketing.

The Assistant Manager position offers significant opportunity for growth within The Holland, Inc. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is also required.

Crew Member

Crew Members are the heart and soul of the Burgerville team. This entry-level, hourly position is a great place for those looking to begin their career with Burgerville.

Our Crew Members are friendly, guest-oriented, reliable, outgoing and dedicated to serving our guests with love. If you are at least 16-years old, have basic math, reading, writing and communication skills we invite you to apply.

General Manager

The General Managers at Burgerville restaurants act as owners of their assigned restaurants, while running them in accordance with Burgerville’s company policies, procedures and overall goal to serve fresh, local and sustainable products. Restaurants are staffed and managed in alignment with The Burgerville’s mission, “Serve With Love.” General Managers assume complete accountability for overall operations including P & L results, marketing and restaurant safety. They have also demonstrated the ability to oversee and lead crew members, team managers and assistant managers.

Applicants must have at least 5 years management experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. College coursework is preferred.

Team Manager

Team Managers are a vital part of providing Burgerville guests with an extraordinary dining experience. These hourly crew members support the management teams at Burgerville restaurants and have a demonstrated ability to lead other crew members.
