Good news, Burgerville lovers — you’ll have even more to love under the leadership of our new CEO, Kyle Welch.
Kyle is renewing our focus on what we all know and love about Burgerville: classics made with real, high-quality ingredients sourced close to home and rooted in the communities that have supported and defined us for generations.
He knows what makes Burgerville special: our people — our employees, our guests, the local farmers and ranchers, and the communities we’re part of. His intention is simple: bring us back to those roots and strengthen them for the future.
“We’ve always been driven by our mission to Serve with Love,” Kyle says. “To me, serving with love means delivering the best food made with care — every time, at every location. We want you to keep choosing Burgerville not just because it’s familiar but because it feels right.”
Former Burgerville CEO Ed Casey passed the torch to Kyle earlier this month after four years of growing the popularity and sales of Burgerville’s high-quality, locally sourced food.
Under Kyle’s leadership, Burgerville will keep celebrating the Pacific Northwest through classics like burgers, fries and shakes and seasonal, limited-time offerings inspired by what’s fresh, local and uniquely Burgerville.
Kyle brings extensive experience in leading restaurant operations and growth as the co-founder of Chicago Scoops, the nation’s largest Cold Stone Creamery franchise group with more than 50 locations. He is moving to the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Alex, and two children.
“I’m super honored to be the new CEO of Burgerville,” he says. “We’re going to elevate this beloved brand by bringing an even more consistent experience to every single location. I can’t wait to get out to visit more of our restaurants and meeting all of you.”
