As our loyal Burgerville guests, we know you have choices about where to eat your lunch, take your family for dinner, or treat your bestie to a celebratory shake. We couldn’t be more grateful.

In 60 years of doing business, the pandemic has handed us the most challenging environment yet. With the rising costs of goods and services everywhere, we too are faced with the tough decision to raise prices on some of our menu items. Beginning December 1, you will see a modest increase in the cost of some items on our menu.

Here’s the good news: This year in the swirl of hyper competitive hiring, global supply breakdowns, and keeping dining rooms closed to protect the health and safety of our crew members, we have been able to retain over 60% of our team members, providing regular paychecks and other support for them and their families.

As important, we’ve not only continued to support local farms, ranches and other food suppliers and their families, we’ve actually INCREASED the amount of local sourcing on our menu. We’re on track to meet our goal of 80% of ingredients sourced within 300 miles of our headquarters in Vancouver, WA. by end of the year.

By eating at Burgerville, you are also investing your dollars in our talented team members who make and serve your food. And you’re investing in small family businesses like Carman Ranch and Country Natural Beef, Alpenrose Dairy, Champoeg Farm, Face Rock Creamery, Grand Central Baking Company, Ground Up PDX, Olympia Provisions, Rogue Creamery, Seely Mint, and many more.
