Deck the halls with boughs of rosemary, Rosemary Shoestring Fries are back!
These fragrant fries are a serious fan favorite. Yes, we got your email in July asking when these crispy shoestring fries were coming back.
But what makes these fries so beloved? We think it’s the perfect blend of locally sourced ingredients that turn the humble potato into a holiday hero.
We sourced our rosemary from a local family farm, Siri and Son Farms, located just outside of Portland, OR. For four generations, the Siri family has been tending to the land and growing herbs and vegetables. Siri and Son Farms is committed to sustainable farming practices and is 100% certified organic. We love that our supply partners are as committed as we are to protecting the planet.
We doubled down on the flavor of the season with rosemary sea salt from Jacobsen Salt Co. The salt from Jacobsen is special in that it’s harvested from the pristine waters of Netarts Bay. The bay doesn’t have many freshwater inputs, making the water saltier and more pure than other sources along the Oregon coast. Jacobsen infuses their premium sea salt with fresh rosemary for a powerful herbaceous punch.
In our restaurants, our crews fry up shoestring potatoes until golden, toss them in garlic oil infused with the local rosemary, and shower them in rosemary salt. Fragrant, indulgent, and perfect for dipping in your favorite Burgerville sauce!
