Veggie lovers rejoice!
Here at Burgerville, we are bringing you a new plant-astic veggie patty made with whole ingredients. Our Burgerville-exclusive veggie patty is both plant-based and gluten-free so everyone can get their burger fix!
With this new addition to the menu, we made the decision to remove the Plantville Cheezeburger, which used a Beyond Meat patty. For years, we heard that what our guests missed most about our original veggie burger option was a patty that used whole ingredients. We took this feedback to heart and our product team set out to develop a recipe using real vegetables and tons of flavor. We are so excited about the finished product, and we know you’ll love it!
So, what’s in this new patty?
We’re so glad you asked! Cooked chickpeas, lentils, and wild rice give our patty a firm texture that fries up to crispy perfection. Caramelized onions, mushrooms, and sweet potatoes add a bit of sweetness and a lot of umami. Red beets round out the recipe and give the patty that classic medium-rare look, no beef necessary!
To celebrate this veggie-filled patty, we have created TWO new veggie burgers, giving you more ways to enjoy Burgerville!
Introducing the Vegan Cheezeburger!
Fear not, Plantville-lovers! Our new Vegan Cheezeburger uses the same ingredients you love— Secret Aardvark Vegan Aioli, GOOD PLANeT Foods Vegan Pepper Jack, lettuce, tomato, and red onions—and pairs them with our signature BV Veggie Patty. Fresh, filling, and has that familiar kick of heat!
Introducing the Classic Veggie Burger!
Looking to cut back on beef, but still want some real cheese? Our Classic Veggie Burger is for you! We layered our new BV Veggie Patty with all the fixings like American cheese, mayo and mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and red onion, for a classic burger experience. We also love how the mustard pairs with the subtle flavor of the red beets.
